RETURNS

We want you to feel confident about choosing ur vitamins for your child. If you're are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is here to help.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, package, and labels attached. All sales are final once seal is broken.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@littlebeangummies.com to initiate return to obtain confirmation. 

2. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your order #, name on order, and mail your return to the given address.

3. Please note, Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the process. 

Refund Process:

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Exclusions
Returns are limited to one per customer, per product.
Bulk orders and items purchased through third-party sellers are not eligible for returns through our website.
